Lead article in Choir & Organ
We are thrilled to be the lead article in Choir & Organ this month and appear on the front cover.
Artistic Director Tim Reader is asked the (entirely justifiable) question “why does London need another choir?”. In a candid interview, Tim describes the trials and tribulations of running an ensemble of this nature, what about it that appeals to members and the model that enables the choir to run without a membership subscription.
The article coincides with the release of our debut CD, Sudden Light on Delphian Records.
We share this issue with Neil Ferris, dear friend and occasional guest conductor of the choir, who became the new chorus master of the BBC Symphony Orchestra earlier this year.
