A meditation on Good Friday with music from Ash Wednesday to Easter.
With music encompassing five centuries of tradition, The Epiphoni Consort and St Peter’s Vauxhall present a programme of music and readings reflecting on themes of penitence, sacrifice, redemption, and resurrection, including Allegri’s immortal Miserere, Lassus’ Tristis anima mea, Stainer’s God so loved the world, and Vaughan Williams’ Five Mystical Songs.
