Pizzetti’s Murder in the Cathedral

Take the rare opportunity to hear an English-language concert performance of Pizzetti’s opera based on TS Eliot’s play.

Sir John Tomlinson sings the role of Archbishop Thomas Becket in a performance with Chelsea Opera Group conducted by Martyn Brabbins.

First performed in 1958 at La Scala, the opera has been frequently revived in Italy. Hear it in London, sung in English.
